
Getting married in 30 Days??? CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!
Now you must be overloaded with a lot of responsibilities around you, like purchasing new clothes, jewelry, accessories, etc., and along with that, you have to take care of yourself also!!!! MOST IMPORTANT!!!
It is verrrryyyyy important for a bride to start to give exclusive attention to herself 25-30 days before marriage. After all, it is your day and everybody will look around for you.
Now you must be thinking,
- where should I start from?
- what are the points I should focus on?
- do I have time to visit parlor?
- From where should I take help? etc.
I understand!!! In such a short period, you must be confused. So, here I am sharing with you some important points that’ll guide you, so you can start preparing for your special day right away.
EAT WELL

So, you are foody, but for this special month, say NO to JUNK FOOD, OILY FOOD, SPICY FOOD, and ALCOHOL (just in case, you know). Now, switch to Fruits, Vegetables, Nuts, Seeds, Dairy Products, etc.
You need to follow a BALANCED DIET incorporating all the essential nutrients in your diet, that’ll help in the internal cleansing of the body. Sip on HYDRATING DRINKS like coconut water, lime water, and also, ditch tea and coffee and instead start consuming herbal tea like green tea, as it is rich in antioxidants.
Don’t put your system to a sudden shock. You are not supposed to be starving to be healthy.
You can even take the help of a Nutritionist for this. They will guide you keeping in mind your medical conditions.
EXERCISE AND YOGA

Depending upon your body needs, choose the right exercise. Practice yoga to tone your muscles.
You might get stressed in all the marriage preparation hustle. Try Meditation to calm your mind.
Here, you can also take the help of an expert who will guide you keeping in mind your medical condition and what your body needs.
SKIN CARE ROUTINE

I don’t know about your current skincare routine, but you must follow the CTM routine from now onwards. CTM means Cleansing, Toning, and Moisturising.
Cleanse your face with a mild face wash which should always be according to your skin type. Then use toner followed by a moisturizer, which again should be according to your skin type and of course, the weather.
Always use Sunscreen Lotion 10 minutes before stepping out of the house (If it is very urgent, only then you should step out these days). Do scrub your face once a week to clear the dead skin cells present on the skin.

You must use night cream before going to the bed, as nighttime is the best time for skin repair. Milk cream (malai) and creams like Boroplus or Boroline are some of my favorite options which are mild and very effective, but you can also go for whatever cream suits you.
Don’t forget to apply Face Packs once a week to brighten up the skin and also Hydrating Serum Sheet Mask to keep the skin hydrating. You can always make your own Homemade Face Pack for a natural glow.
Do massage your body daily before taking bath and scrub it once/twice a week to keep dead skin cells away. You can manicure and pedicure to keep your feet and hands healthy.

Hey, you want to make your nail paint look flawless, don’t you? So, ensure you are massaging your nails and cuticles with oil daily in the night before going to the bed. This will keep the cuticles soft and the nails shiny.
And don’t forget your nails as well. For this, scrub your lips once/twice a week and moisturize them daily to keep them hydrated.
HAIR CARE

Your hair also needs your attention as they are going to play a very important role in making up your look. So, start giving them Hot Oil Massage once a week at least, to encourage healthy growth of the hair.
Talk to your parlor wali didi and get Hair Spa. You can do your hair spa on your own as well at home.
Just massage your hair with oil and wrap around your head a damped towel after soaking it in lukewarm water and squeezing extra water out of it. This will open up your pores on the scalp and allow it to breathe.
Then cleanse your hair with a mild shampoo, followed by a good conditioner. You should also use Hair Mask (homemade or factory-made, but should be natural) to promote hair growth once a week.
Protect your hair from the harmful sun rays, as it’ll take all the moisture out of your hair leaving it rough and frizzy. Also, avoid using any kind of heating tool, chemical products, hair colors, etc.

SLEEP WELL

This is the MOST IMPORTANT thing. Forget everything and take 8-10 hours of sleep daily to get that glow from within.
Maybe that is the reason why it is called a BEAUTY SLEEP. a sound sleep keeps the stress away keeping us mentally calm and, repairs the cell that enhances your natural glow.

Your marriage is going to be one of the most important and auspicious days of life and it is your right to be the best version of yourself. So, stop getting confused and start taking action.
